Once the design, specifications and quotation are approved and the required deposit is received, production can begin.

5. Production

Your piece is carefully constructed and finished according to the agreed specifications.

6. Delivery & Installation

Once complete, we'll arrange delivery and installation where applicable.

Custom Order Information

Custom furniture is produced specifically according to the customer's approved requirements.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a custom order and commence production, with the remaining balance payable before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project, materials required and current production workload. Your estimated lead time will be confirmed as part of the quotation.
